I suppose I should introduce myself to you all I'm not very good at things like that but Ill do my best :) I am a mother like alot of you, I have 7 beautiful kids, and I have been in the rental loop for a long time. I have experienced how hard it is to get your bond back every time and how expensive and risky it is to get bond cleaners as the cheap ones offer no guarantee and then there's the really expensive ones that do a good job but you've just basically spent your bond anyway. So I started this business because I feel that the odds are stacked against the tenant in all directions and I want to try and change that a little bit and relieve some of that nail biting stress that comes when moving. So far every one of our customers has gotten their bond back unless there was permanent damage done to the property. We can also carry out small repairs if needed.
